CPR/AED/BLS Training, CAB, and Hands-Only
Cost: $45/person ($40/person large training discount for groups 15+)
The CPR/AED/BLS for Adult and Pediatric course is designed to create competent responders that follow the Save A Heart course guidelines as developed in conjunction with the latest AHA and ECC course guidelines and are regularly updated and maintained to reflect the industry standard. Certifications are valid for two years and are administered at the conclusion of the training, contingent upon the learner's successful demonstration of the accurate steps of CPR, the proper use of an AED, methods used to relieve choking, and competency in administering naloxone.

- Two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask
- Foreign-body airway obstruction (choking)
- Automated external defibrillation (AED)
- Opioid overdose (use of naloxone)
First Aid
Cost: $45/person ($40/person large training discount for groups 15+)
The First Aid for Adult and Pediatric course material covers a vast list of emergencies to ensure participants are well-equipped to respond to scenarios in both their personal and professional encounters. Save A Heart's course guidelines are developed in conjunction with the latest AHA and ECC course guidelines and are regularly updated and maintained to reflect the industry standard. Certifications are valid for two years and are administered at the conclusion of the training, contingent upon the learner's successful demonstration of topics covered in the basic/wilderness first aid course. Such topics will include injury and illness identification and response, scene size up, as well as treatment options. For example, the participant will learn to identify burns, cuts, broken bones, and to quickly decide what type of ointment, bandage, or stabilizer to use on an injured person. Participants will also receive a course outline booklet.

Certifications are valid for two years and are administered at the conclusion of the training, contingent upon the learner's successful demonstration of the required competencies.
